Ingredients

• 5 cl white dry vermouth

• 6 cl Baldwin’s Premium Distilled Gin

Preparation

• Chill a Martini glass with ice cubes

• Fill a mixing glass half with ice cubes.

• Add 5 cl of white vermouth.

• Stir vigourously with a barspoon.

• Quickly pour off the vermouth using a strainer.

• Add 6 cl of Baldwin's Premium Distilled Gin.

• Stir vigourously with a barspoon.

• Remove the ice from the Martini glass.

• Strain the Martini into the glass.

• Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
