Ingredients

• 5 cl Baldwin’s Premium Distilled Gin

• 3 cl cane sugar simple syrup

• 2,5 cl Braeckman a Bloss’m Story elderflower aperitif

• 2,5 cl apple juice

• 2,5 cl lime juice

• Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade

• Sprig of mint

Preparation

• Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

• Shake first five ingredients vigorously with ice

• Strain over ice into the glass.

• Top off with Lemonade.

• Garnish with a sprig of mint.
