Ingredients

• 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

• 5 cl Baldwin’s Premium Distilled Gin tonic

• 2 tsp powder sugar

• 3 cl lemon juice

• 1 tsp pomegranate seeds

• sodawater

Preparation

• Chill a small wineglass or a Delmonico with ice.

• Add 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds to a shaker and muddle.

• Add Baldwin’s Premium Distilled Gin, powder sugar, lemon juice and ice and shake vigorously.

• Remove the ice from the glass.

• Add 1 tsp pomegranate seeds into the glass and strain the cocktail on top

• Top off with sodawater.
